Brewed to Serve Restaurant Group (Max Lager’s, White Oak Kitchen, Richard’s Southern Fried) plans to open a brewpub, beer garden, and production brewery on Atlanta’s Westside, near the Midtown TopGolf location. The Bold Monk will be a 12,000 square foot space in Third & Urban’s Complex West Midtown project. The interior will have an eclectic mix of stone, wood, concrete, and steel that will create a contemporary representation of the monastic breweries of Belgium. We spoke with John Roberts and demo/construction should begin early to mid-September 2017, with a target of 6-8 mos to complete build-out.

Love this place! Great little outdoor beer garden, awesome double IPA, and the Brussels sprout pizza with sweet chili sauce may be the best pizza I?ve ever had.
